This Free Website Giveaway is organized and managed solely by Quiethunder. By entering, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any social media platform.
• The purpose of this giveaway is to give back and help local businesses, freelancers, and creators — but anyone who meets the eligibility rules below may enter.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of one of the 50 United States.
• Only one entry per person, per month, is allowed. Multiple entries in the same month may be disqualified.
• You may continue entering once a month to increase your chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

• The only way to enter is by submitting your information through the entry form on this page.
• We value your privacy — we will never spam you.
• Each valid monthly submission counts as one (1) entry into the random drawing.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners are chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
• If you don’t win, your entries remain active in the pot until the giveaway ends.
• Only one (1) winner is selected at the time of each drawing.
• Drawings are held at least once every 3 months, but we try to pick a winner monthly (depending on workload).
• The giveaway end date will be determined by Quiethunder and posted on our website.

5. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry.
• You must respond to our email within five (5) days to claim your prize. If you do not respond, the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
• If you’re selected and decide you don’t want the prize, you may decline, and another winner will be chosen.

6. Prize Details

• The prize is a free WordPress website design and setup.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please note:
  • Domain name registration is not included (you may purchase through Quiethunder or any registrar).
  • Hosting fees are not included. The free website requires a Quiethunder hosting plan (monthly plans, no long-term commitment).
• The website will be designed and set up once your domain and hosting are active.

7. Privacy

• By entering, you consent to Quiethunder collecting and using your email address for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
• Your information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Rights & Rules

• Quiethunder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the giveaway at any time for any reason.
• We may disqualify entries that don’t comply with these terms or are inconsistent with our image, reputation, or policies.
• The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Agreement

• By voluntarily entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Winning is contingent on fulfilling all requirements listed above.
